Who is responsible

zeroX GmbH, Glogauer Straße 5/6, 10999 Berlin, Germany. Email: hello@hophop.ai

Early access

When you sign up, we store your email address and when you confirmed it. We use it to send your invite to HopHop and our news. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by confirming the link we email you. You can withdraw it at any time through the link in every email.

A sign-up you don't confirm is not stored. We keep your address until you unsubscribe.

If you answer our questions after signing up (your company and its website, what you install, your team's size, what you'd like help with and what holds your growth back), they reach our team by email with your address, so we can prepare your access and shape HopHop. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing who signs up (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep them until early access ends, or delete them sooner if you ask.

If you give your company's website, our server reads its name and icon from the site itself and from Google's favicon service (Google Ireland Limited), which gets only the website's address, nothing about you.

Visiting this site

Our host keeps your IP address and the pages you request in server logs, to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No cookies, no tracking.

Service providers

Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Resend, Plus Five Five, Inc. (emails, the sign-up list and your answers to our team), both in the USA, process this data on our behalf. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and take it with you (Art. 15–21 GDPR): write to hello@hophop.ai. You can also complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
